Academic & Spiritual Formation
Through the Cardinal's Appeal, the Archdiocese is able to invest $5.5 million in the intellectual and spiritual development of our children and young people. In the almost three hundred elementary and secondary schools, our students are provided the best in academic training and the best in spiritual formation. Similarly, in our catechetical programs, over 100,000 youngsters are instructed throughout the year by 10,000 devoted catechists, who are prepared and directed in their work by the Office for Catechetics. In all of this, the faith is shared, strengthened, and spread for the glory of the Lord and the salvation of souls.
