St. Lawrence O’Toole Parish, Brewster

St. Lawrence O’Toole Parish in Brewster received funding to start a new Mission Series that engages the whole parish through prayer, liturgy, and faith formation. The series is ongoing and has already included moments of great spiritual impact for the community, such as a multi-day Parish Revival featuring Eucharistic Adoration, an inspirational guest speaker, and moving worship music—all of which were made possible because of the grant.

I was reminded that God is always waiting with open arms to comfort us as we are. At Eucharistic Adoration, with a spotlight on the Eucharist in a dark church, we were invited to touch the veil over the Monstrance. We felt a transfer of true power from Jesus to us, and of peace. – Margaret & Artie Blank
